The ivory-dial SBGM221 belongs to the same collection, but offers a different reason to buy. Its blue 24-hour hand and inner GMT scale let you read a second time zone. It is not the blue, ice-textured Omiwatari.
The SBGM221's 9S66 lets you move the local hour hand independently while minutes and seconds continue. That is useful when you arrive in another time zone and want to change local time without resetting the whole watch. Its 39.5 mm case is also 13.7 mm thick, so this is a more substantial dress watch than the SBGY007.
The black-dial Seestern S446 offers another dress GMT approach with an NH34A, a date and a separately adjustable 24-hour hand. That control suits tracking the time somewhere else, but does not give you the SBGM221's independently adjustable local hour.
For fit, the S446 listing gives 39.5 mm diameter and 47 mm lug-to-lug. Use its 13.5 mm thickness including glass when comparing the full watch, rather than the 10 mm measurement of the case body alone.
